Some dogs that we rescue are not always suitable for rehoming due to their age, behaviour or health. We endeavour to find foster homes for these dogs, however some live their life in foster care or at the shelter. You can support our Sponsor Dogs by donating to the cost of their care or transport to a foster home. Homer's story is typical of the dogs that come into the shelter.
Homer was found in Laganas in a bad condition and struggling to walk. He had been seen a few times on the street looking for food. Thankfully he was brought to the shelter. Homer is an old hound with a face full of scars, we believe he has had a hard life. Born 20/10/2014, weight approx. 20 kg
