Welcome to Zante Strays
Zante Strays is an animal rescue organization located on the island of Zakynthos (Zante).
We rescue, care for and rehome dogs that have been found as strays, abused or abandoned. Our dedicated, hardworking team care for the dogs until they are ready to be adopted and until they find their forever home.
We have a dog shelter located 5 mins from Kalamaki, Zante Town & the Airport. You can locate us on Google Maps.
We have over 100 dogs in our care that are all looking for forever homes. We are able to facilitate adoptions in many countries including the UK, Germany, Holland & Austria.
We are open to visitors every morning 9-12pm, and if you are interested in adopting please let us know. Our UK adoption process can be found in the pages above.
