Meet Colin Colin was born to a stray mum recently in a field on the side of the road. His mum gave birth to 8 puppies and she managed to keep them safe and fed, until a kind local stepped in to start helping her. We got in touch, and we arranged for the whole family to be collected as they were living in a tunnel/ditch in the field which wasn’t safe next to the road. A rescue team headed out to retrieve them all from the ditch, and thankfully managed to get them all! They have been at the shelter a couple of weeks now, they have settled in well and started to slowly work out how to play and be typical silly puppies. Mum is still in with them so they are still often found clambered all over her for a cuddle, so they obviously are still glad to have her with them. It is however time for them all to start finding forever homes! They are your typical happy puppies that will need to learn all about the world when they arrive. 📆 End of May 2026 ⚖️ Will be medium size 🐕 Spaniel cross 🏠 Can live with other dogs and children 🐱 Will need to be taught to be respectful with cats as they grow
